Kaiken Ultra Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Of ruby red color, Kaiken Ultra Cabernet Sauvignon is both an elegant and complex wine, showing hints of mature red berries, tobacco and spices accompanied by vanilla notes coming from the aging in French oak barrels.  It is a dense, mouth-filling wine showing good structure with very soft tannins.

Aromas of blackberries and dark chocolate plus hints of walnut shell. Full body, chewy tannins and a slightly austere finish. Needs a year or two to soften. 91 Points.

The Cabernet grapes come mainly from vineyards in Agrelo, while the Malbec and Petit Verdot are from the Uco Valley.
