La Piu Belle is a harmonious wine with a persistent elegance, offering itself without excess. It is dynamic with an enticing nose that is also fruity, creating a beautiful equilibrium with tannins that delicately complete the aromatic spectrum. It is a wine that beckons you from across the room with only a glance of the eye and washes down like a sashaying silken scarf.

VINTAGE: 2013

VARIETALS: Carmenere, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah

APPELLATION: Cachapoal Valley, Chile

AGING: 25 Months

ALCOHOL: 13.8%

TASTING NOTES:
La Piu Belle has a captivating ruby color with a deep blue halo that captures the attention.

The nose is remarkably intense, balanced, elegant and mysterious, recalling aromas that engage all the senses, starting with delicate fragrances of strawberries, raspberries and dark berries; it continues with aromas of wild flowers, lavender and violet. Enthusiastic, somewhat shy, but firm notes of spices appear, with a touch of oak and personality, that makes the wine more complex but friendly at the same time. The attack is incredibly fresh, silky, with body and structure. The tannins are round and elegant, with a long and lengthy finish.

La Piu Belle is a harmonious and dynamic wine with a persistent elegance, offering itself without excess. An absolutely magical wine.

La Piu Belle 2013

Region: Chile

In 2004, Alexander Vik, a Norwegian entrepreneur, proposed the creation of a world-class vineyard to produce a unique wine.

A holistic vineyard creating world class wines, located on 11.000 acres of Chilean nature, and featuring an architecturally exceptional winery, restaurant and retreat. “Science and knowledge are our foundation, passion is our engine and the wine is the expression of our Art”

The viti-vinicultural concept at VIK is based on the technique of optimizing each stage of grape growing and wine production, with an important focus on science and technology, all of which is adapted to each of our valleys in order to achieve the optimum maturity levels in our fruit and to create the best wine.
