Majuelos develop this wine with the winemaker Martín Padín by choosing the grapes in the Monte Obispo vineyard. The winemaking is focused on striving for power as well as elegance.

HARVEST NOTE: A rainy winter with moderate temperatures and cool nights endowed the soils with a valuable reserve of water. A wonderful sunny, cool, and dry spring allowed the vines to grow calm and strong and bloom in all their splendor. A summer with great thermal amplitude made for healthy and delicate bunch development with an ideal concentration of fruitiness, color and aroma. A mild fall with moderate temperatures and cool nights allowed the grapes to slowly ripen to their optimum point. These idyllic conditions resulted in an extraordinary 2018 harvest.

Lots of ripe fruit with blackberry, chocolate and walnut aromas and flavors. It’s full-bodied with round tannins and a flavourful finish. A rich wine, showing form and tension. Drink or hold
