Discover our holistic, pure and elegant wine made exclusively with grapes from our vineyard, VIK in the Millahue Valley, “the place of gold.” Cala honors our Norwegian name Vik.  Milla pays tribute to Millahue which gives us our unique, diverse and superb terroir.  This wine, made from very low yields, is aged 21 months in new French Oak and bottle-aged for a minimum of three years before release.

TASTING NOTES:
Milla Cala 2015 is an intense wine with a complex and elegant bouquet, exciting the senses in an unforgettable journey of aromas and flavors. Fresh but ripe fruit, such as, strawberry, blackcurrant and blackberry, along with plums and almonds, complemented with a touch of black and white pepper and subtle coffee notes from the French barrels shape the wine.
In the mouth, Milla Cala stands out with its freshness and balanced acidity, which creates a nervous wine, with round and subtle tannins, but also with structure and a firm body, leaving a pleasant and long finish.
The Cabernet Sauvignon captures your attention while the Cabernet Franc brightens the wine finely. The Carmenere provides volume to the mixture with black fruits and spices while the Syrah provides balance and frames with its floral notes.
