I have indicated that I want a company agreement under the Northern Territory Public Sector Bargaining Policy 2021-2024, with improved terms and conditions of employment and efficiency measures where appropriate. The Northern Territory Public Sector 2017-2021 Enterprise Agreement expires on 10 August 2021 and I have agreed with the following unions to start negotiations for a new agreement: negotiations on company agreements within the NTPS are taking place between the Commissioner for Public Employment, NTPS agencies and workers` negotiators, usually trade unions.
