Today, Guarachi Wine Partners, a well-established marketer and innovator of fine wine for 33 years, announced the launch of BACON, a Rhône style red blend from the Central Coast of California. Now, just before Valentine’s Day, BACON is Guarachi’s fifth consecutive innovation product and most ambitious to date, following four recent successful incubator brand launches. Rhône-based and aged in oak for 12 months, BACON bursts of spiced brambleberry jam and burnt caramel, opulent structure and approachable, ripe tannins making this wine a match made in heaven for any wine consumer.
