Kaiken Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2011
This wine has an intense ruby red color with violet hues. On the nose, it features great
complexity where the Cabernet spiciness blends perfectly with mature fruit, allowing plum
and cherry aromas to stand out. Its oak aging contributes by adding complexity and
sophistication to the wine.
On the mouth, it’s a very powerful wine, with subtle tannins. To achieve this, grapes were
picked at their optimal maturity level before undergoing a soft vinification process.
A Cabernet Sauvignon with a long finish, where fruit flavors dominate and blend perfectly
with the sweet notes provided by its oak aging.
